Memorial and Cultural Space dedicated to the 22 victims of an explosion caused by a natural gas leak. The tragedy took place in the site of the project on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 in Rosario, Argentina.

Our project gives rise to memory, where visitors are sensitive to the perception of time. It is determined by the spatial relevance of different sensory and functional sensibilities. Our approach balances between a conceptual and a functional strategy; between "el tempo" and the rhythmic consonance. Spaces which convey a subjective idea of the speed and character of perception, are integrated with spaces which convey movement where the collective and the individual align to give place to an "active" and more "fluid" memory.
